- The number of meeting rooms is limited. Priority is given to the number of times exhibited until the early bird application deadline, after which it is on a first-come, first-served basis. - 4 tables (W1,500mm x D600mm x H700mm) and 10 chairs are provided. - Stickers to the walls are prohibited. The exhibitors must be responsible for any damage to the properties that has occurred during the installation or dismantle of their exhibit. - You need to apply for more than 2 standard booths when you plan to use Harbor Lounge due to keeping the entrance from the exhibition hall. - You can use E22 from 18:00 to 21:00 on Installation day and from 9:00 to 21:00 in Exhibition hours.
